Prenatal Yoga: Prepare your body & mind
As a pregnant woman, breathing, relaxing and strenghting the mind is really needed . A way to maintain a healthy mind and body is prenatal yoga. Prenatal yoga focuses on poses for pregnant women, in order to increase strength and flexibility. It also helps pregnant women to develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques for easier and more comfortable labor.
Join Zephyr for a workshop of prenatal where she will explain to the futur mums how to deal with pregnancy and what are the technics that can help you get into easy labor.
