Yin Yang Yoga
Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one balanced practice. Yin yoga is a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer and working on the ligaments and tendons, and yang yoga refers to a more active practice working on the muscles, similar to hatha and vinyasa. With the 2 elements combined into one class, you will get a balanced practice on the body and mind.
